This Privacy Policy explains how Holly UK Ltd (Holly, we, us) collects, uses, and protects your information. It applies to our services globally, including users protected by the UK GDPR and applicable US state privacy frameworks, including California’s CCPA and CPRA.
Information we collect
We may collect account identity information such as your name, email address, and login credentials. With your permission, Holly retrieves read only financial telemetry through Open Banking, powered by Plaid Financial Ltd.
Holly never views or stores online banking passwords or login credentials.
How we use your data
Financial telemetry is used strictly to run budget calculations, including Safe to Spend limits, Holly Horizon projections, and Floor targets. We use account information to provide, secure, and improve the service.
Holly does not sell, rent, or trade personal or financial data to third parties.
Security and retention
We use bank grade 256 bit AES encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit. We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your information, ask us to delete it, and ask what personal information we collect and how it is used. UK users may also request correction, restriction, portability, or object to processing under the UK GDPR. California and other US state residents may exercise rights available under their local privacy laws without discrimination.
